Bonded Coil Winding

Coiltek Electronics manufactures bonded coils to a wide variety of customer specifications, typically using wire diameters between 0.05 mm and 0.50 mm.

These coils are used across numerous low-frequency applications including antennas, communication devices, inductive charging, proximity sensors, RFID, and solenoid coils.

Coils made from bondable wire are fully customisable, and antennas can be produced with integrated ferrite material. Bonded coils are manufactured using semi-automatic winding and bonding processes, with additional capability to produce close- or space-wound self-supporting coils from standard wire.
